Cloudy Shaver Lake Engagement
In October, I had the pleasure of capturing Lindsey and Hunter’s engagement photos at Shaver Lake. Despite the chilly and cloudy weather, their love warmed the atmosphere. It’s a small world indeed, as Lindsey and Hunter currently reside in Texas, the same town where some of my family recently moved. Lindsey, an elementary school teacher, and Hunter, a flight instructor, have been together for over five years and are eagerly anticipating their upcoming wedding next year.
The beautiful backdrop of Shaver Lake added a touch of serenity to their engagement session. The calm waters reflected the cloudy sky, creating a picturesque setting. Lindsey and Hunter were undeterred by the weather and embraced the moment with radiant smiles. The misty clouds created an ethereal backdrop while the chilly weather added an air of coziness. It was a testament to their commitment, as they braved the elements for the sake of creating lasting memories together.
Despite the chilly weather, Lindsey and Hunter’s love warmed the surroundings. They held each other tightly, seeking comfort and solace in one another’s arms. Their affectionate gestures and stolen glances set the stage for a love story that will continue to unfold for years to come.

During their session, I witnessed the incredible chemistry between Lindsey and Hunter. Their love was palpable, as they effortlessly fell into each other’s arms and shared intimate moments. They laughed, they whispered sweet words, and they created memories that will last a lifetime.
As the session came to a close, there was a sense of excitement and anticipation in the air. Lindsey and Hunter’s wedding day is fast approaching, and I could tell they were looking forward to embarking on this new chapter of their lives. The love and dedication they showed during the engagement session were just the beginning of their beautiful journey together.
