Birdstone Winery Wedding

Before their beautiful Birdstone Winery wedding, Lauren and Micah’s love story began in the most serendipitous manner. They first crossed paths at Camp of the Woods in New York, where they were both hired to perform as musicians. Micah, a talented cellist, and Lauren, a captivating flutist, found solace in the sweet symphony they created together.

Their summer at Camp of the Woods was filled with music, adventure, and the blossoming of a deep connection. They spent two magical months performing approximately 14 concerts every week, attending Bible study and Chapel, and exploring the breathtaking landscapes of upstate New York hand-in-hand.

But their love faced the challenge of distance. Micah was residing in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, while Lauren called the scenic state of Ohio her home. Despite the miles that separated them, their bond grew stronger with each passing day.

Then, this past Christmas Eve, Micah decided to make all their dreams come true. In the intimacy of his own backyard, he transformed the wintry night into a scene of pure enchantment. With sunflowers dotting the ground, and the smooth sounds of jazz music serenading them, Micah knelt down and asked Lauren to be his forever. It was a proposal so personal and romantic that it felt like a scene from a fairytale.

The Journey Continues

After their heavenly wedding day at Birdstone Winery, Lauren and Micah embarked on a new chapter of their journey together. They decided to make the Lone Star State their home and gracefully embraced all that Texas had to offer. With each passing day, they continued to create a melody of love and happiness, living life to the fullest as partners in both music and marriage.
