Kalie came to their Fresno pregnancy announcement ready to go! She had a Pinterest board filled with poses she wanted to try out, which always makes me so excited. I love it when my clients are as excited for their session as I am. Bring on the Pinterest boards – I’m always down to try something new or out-of-the-box for my sessions!
Kalie + John decided on Lost Lake for their pregnancy announcement session because of the gorgeous open fields.
It turned out to be a lot colder and quite a bit foggier than we expected. It definitely gave a unique look to their session, and let most of the focus be on the love Kale + John already have for their little baby.
I love that the fog helps Kalie + John stand out against the green grass and dark treeline.
They also chose to bring lots of different options for props! From ultrasounds to onesies + hats, I love the creativity that props can bring to a session.
I try to always include photos like this in session announcements – from seniors to engagements and newborn. It makes it so much easier for my clients to add text to the photos if they want to send out cards, or post a message on social media.
I love simplifying the photo process for my clients!
