I’ve gotten to explore some absolutely incredible venues throughout the state as a California wedding photographer. Outdoor wedding venues tend to be the most popular, as California is home to absolutely breathtaking landscape. Fresno has so many options for couples looking to plan their wedding: ranches/farms, hotels, event spaces, local parks, wineries, churches, and more!
Here are some of the top wedding venues in Fresno that I’ve had the chance to work with!
Wolf Lakes Park
Wolf Lakes Park is a luxurious, romantic Central Valley wedding venue with three separate venues within the venue itself: the Lakeside area, Garden area, and Feedlot.
The Lakeside area has a rustic, classic look with modern Spanish flair. The area is adorned with rock-walled planters filled with mature palms and greenery, oversized pots filled with color, beamed trellises, and a reception area pavilion that wraps around the lakeside. I love taking my couples to the docks for some beautiful lakeside sunset portraits! Ceremonies at the Lakeside area are held in a pergola that sits on the 46 acre lake at Wolf Lakes Park.
The Garden area is an impressive blend of English and contemporary landscaping. A garden filled with vines, tree roses, and florals creates a dreamy, intimate feel for your ceremony. Just like the Lakeside area, another open-air pavilion along the lakeside is provided for your reception.
Lastly, the Feedlot is a dining patio with a spectacular view of the lake. It’s absolutely perfect for an engagement party, bridal shower, or a reception space. Wolf Lakes Park was designed to accommodate two groups without any disruption or interference of the other event.

Toca Madera Winery
Toca Madera Winery is technically in Madera, but I still consider it at the top of my list of incredible Fresno wedding venues. The winery is located on beautiful undulating hills covered with vibrant vines that offer an incredible view for your ceremony and reception space. It often reminds me of Napa! The rollings hills terrain of the vineyard transports you and your guests from a winery in Madera to the wine country of Northern California. Toca Madera Winery also provides a bridal getting ready suite that can be utilized throughout the day.

Grace Barn // King’s River Winery
There are so many incredible wedding venues in Fresno County! Grace Barn is a beautiful post and beam barn located on a 20 acre horse ranch in Del Rey, California. It’s the ideal wedding venue for those wanting to create the rustic, elegant wedding of their dreams! Constructed from Western Red Cedar harvested from the Northern United States, Grace Barn is a gorgeous space for weddings, parties, and other events. Grace Barn also features both indoor and outdoor event spaces that you can utilize, along with a bridal dressing room, Drink Corral, newly remodeled restrooms, a firepit, a prep area for catering, and an upper level loft to the main barn area that gives you such a unique view of your special day.
