Abigail + Ryan were married on a beautiful spring afternoon in an intimate Central Valley wedding ceremony at Elite Event Venue in my lovely hometown of Fresno, California.
Abigail + Ryan surrounded themselves with close family + friends for their sweet, intimate Central Valley wedding. Once of their good friends officiated their ceremony, and the absolute joy of the day was palpable in the air.
My favorite piece of decor from their wedding day was this absolutely stunning arch. The florals looked so lovely, and it gave such a romantic vibes to their ceremony and photos. They were even able to use the arch again at their dessert table!
Once they arrived, everything moved along pretty quickly. While Abigail put some finishing touches on her hair + makeup, I pulled Ryan aside for some solo shots of him.
Even if I’m not scheduled to be there during the “getting ready” portion of the groom’s day, I always try to recreate a few moments just to build up the anticipation as you go through your wedding gallery. When you get your gallery from me, I want you to feel like your photos came alive.
That your photos told the heartfelt and sincere story of your wedding day.
The weather was absolutely perfect for springtime in the Central Valley! It was in the mid-70s with a slight breeze and some clouds, which is such a blessing in a place like Fresno.
After Abigail + Ryan’s beautiful ceremony, it was time to go through their wedding party and family photos. These went by quickly, as I had met up with the couple prior to their wedding to write out a list of all the different groupings they wanted.
Since I had some solo portraits of Ryan in this spot, I had Abigail model for a few as well. Then we moved onto their bride + groom portraits!
Abigail and Ryan, I am so beyond happy that I got to be there to witness the beginning of your next big adventure. I hope this new adventure together gets better each and every day. Cheers to many more decades of love and happiness!
