Audrey + Ben’s Woodward Park Engagement Photos
Audrey and Ben are such a sweet couple! We originally planned to do their engagement photos at a local blossom orchard, but the recent storms caused the blossom season to end a little earlier than planned. Audrey and Ben were super flexible, and decided to change their location to Woodward Park.
We also had an amazing time hanging out in Woodard Park as the sun went down. Golden hour, the hour just before the sun sets, is definitely one of my favorite times to start a session.
The session began at the Shinzen Friendship Garden, a local nonprofit that provides cultural and educational events for the community that emphasizes friendship and international brotherhood. The Garden is filled with charming garden landscapes, blooming Ume trees, award-winning bonsai, and a beautiful “friendship” waterfall in the middle of the park.
It was a beautiful evening, so we walked around and found gorgeous spots for some romantic photos. The greenery made the perfect backdrops for some of my favorite photos from Audrey and Ben’s Woodward Park engagement session.
I want to take a moment to admire Audrey’s gold gown! The shimmer and tones of the dress paired with Ben’s stone gray suit looked so incredible on camera. I’m always a fan when my couples decide to go more formal for their engagement photos.
