Lost Lake Fall Family Photos

I recently had the pleasure of capturing the Martin family’s fall photo session at Lost Lake. It was an absolute delight to document the joy and love they share! With their two energetic young boys in tow, the lovely backdrop of Lost Lake provided the perfect setting for this heartwarming occasion. Here’s a peek into why Lost Lake is an exceptional spot for family portrait sessions and how we managed to capture delightful, playful photos of the boys.

Lost Lake

Nestled in the heart of nature, Lost Lake offers a serene and captivating environment that is ideal for family portrait sessions. The tranquil stream and grassy surroundings create a relaxed atmosphere, allowing families to unwind and authentically connect with each other. The changing fall foliage at Lost Lake adds a warm and rustic touch to the portraits as well.

Capturing the Boys’ Playful Charisma

Amidst the serene scenery of Lost Lake, I had the pleasure of witnessing the magnetic energy and lively spirit of the Martin boys. By engaging in interactive and playful prompts, we were able to capture genuine smiles and animated expressions from the boys. This resulted in delightful and heartwarming photos that truly encapsulated their vibrant personalities. Through a mix of candid moments and gentle direction, we created a joyful and authentic narrative of their childhood innocence and exuberance.

Meribeth left such a thoughtful review shortly after our session:

“With two rambunctious boys, we considered one single photo with 4 smiles a win. Ashley went above and beyond to keep the kids engaged and was prepared for the long haul. Her patience and ability to sit in the background allowed for our boys to let loose and let their curiosities and personalities shine. We were so grateful for her efforts and so tremendously thankful for capturing some of the most genuine smiles and sweetest moments that our little family of four has ever had.”
