Caitlyn + Justin’s wedding was a stunning affair held on the windy shores of Sanctuary Beach Resort in Monterey, California. They had always dreamed of a beach wedding, and their special day was everything they had hoped for and more. Despite the challenges of planning a beach wedding, they were able to create a day that was truly magical. From the stunning location to the thoughtful details, every aspect of their wedding was a reflection of their love for one another.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests enjoyed a reception at Salt Wood Kitchen & Oysterette, the restaurant attached to Sanctuary Beach Resort. The tables were decorated with elegant centerpieces of colorful flowers and greenery, and guests enjoyed a delicious meal of fresh seafood and locally sourced ingredients.

Throughout the evening, Caitlyn + Justin’s love for one another was palpable. They laughed, danced, and celebrated with their friends and family, and it was clear that they were surrounded by love and support.

You may have noticed as the day went on, but the weather was ever-changing. The clouds rolled in and out along with the waves, and it became impossible to predict just how the ceremony would turn out.

The wind drastically picked up, with gusts of 30+mph that presented a few challenges. Caitlyn + Justin rolled with it, and an absolutely beautiful and unique ceremony along the beach.

Caitlyn + Justin, thank you so much for inviting me to be part of such a beautiful celebration. You two are some of the sweetest people I know, and it was an absolute honor to capture such special memories for you. I wish you two the best as you continue life’s journey together side-by-side.
