There’s no perfect time to schedule your session—it can happen right after your proposal or just a few days before the wedding. I usually help couples plan based on the vibe they’re going for, like spring blooms or golden hour light, or simply what fits best with their schedule.

Your full gallery will be ready within eight weeks of your wedding, delivered through an online gallery. I’ll also share details about printing your images and creating heirloom albums to help preserve your memories for years to come.

WHAT TO EXPECT –
One of the most meaningful ways to preserve your wedding memories is through a custom album. These high-quality, professionally designed books are available in a range of beautiful linen and leather covers. They are a far cry from the bulky albums of the past. Modern and sleek, they lay flat so your photos flow seamlessly from page to page. They also make wonderful gifts for parents or grandparents who want to relive the joy of your day.
Albums can be ordered at any point, whether before or after the wedding. There is no rush, just the opportunity to turn your favorite moments into something tangible you can treasure for years to come.
Every wedding collection includes an assistant photographer, and there’s a good reason for that. You’ll get a stronger, more complete gallery simply by having them there.
While I’m focused on one angle, they’re capturing the moments I might otherwise miss—like your partner getting ready, the back of your dress as you walk down the aisle, or quiet candid moments happening just out of my frame. They also help with dress fluffing, lighting setup, timeline flow, and vendor communication, all to keep your day running smoothly.
You deserve to be fully present on your wedding day, not worrying about logistics or missed moments. And if you're unsure about needing a second photographer, just know no couple has ever told me they regretted having one there.

Most couples need a little time to feel comfortable in front of the camera and get used to how I guide and pose. On a wedding day, the timeline often moves quickly, and sometimes we only have about 20 minutes for portraits. That’s one of the reasons I always recommend doing an engagement session beforehand.
An engagement session gives us the chance to slow down, connect, and help you feel at ease long before the wedding. By the time your big day arrives, you’ll already know what to expect, and that confidence shows in your photos. It also gives you the opportunity to celebrate your story in a more casual setting that’s meaningful to you. Whether that’s your favorite weekend spot, the place where you got engaged, or somewhere you just love spending time together, it’s all about making the session feel like you.

I'm truly honored you'd like me to be part of such a special day. To officially reserve your wedding date, all that’s needed is a signed contract and a 20% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due by the day of your wedding.
We love your work and we’re ready to book! What’s the next step?
Depending on the collection you choose, your final gallery will typically include between 400 and 800 images. Within eight weeks of your wedding day, you’ll receive an online gallery filled with professionally edited, high-resolution photos that are ready to download, print, and share with loved ones.
How many photos are typically included and can we print the photos ourselves?
Travel fees may apply for weddings taking place more than 50 miles from my home base in Fresno, California. Costs can vary based on the location, so feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to provide details.
When do you charge travel fees?
You'll receive all of your photos through an online viewing/ordering gallery. It's simple to share with family and friends, and you can order all of your favorite print products!
